1. Preheat oven to 375 or medium heat and brush grill grates clean before lightly oiling with vegetable oil.

2. Once grill is preheated, cook burgers until nearly done (depending on your desired level of cooked) before topping with slices of cheddar cheese. Let cheese melt before removing burgers from the grill.

3. On the bottom half of a brioche bun spread a thin layer of mayo (if desired). Top with arugula, followed by the grilled burger, then top with cooked bacon and French fried onions. Top with other half of brioche bun and serve!
